Applicant organizations must complete all required registrations prior to submission and maintain them: active SAM registration (renew at least annually; domestic orgs receive/maintain CAGE Code), NCAGE Code for foreign organizations, UEI from SAM.gov, eRA Commons (identify at least one Signing Official and one PD/PI), and Grants.gov (requires active SAM).
