This grant opportunity aims to support organizations in the U.S. to reduce HIV disparities among women by addressing social and structural health determinants like mental health, employment, food insecurity, and housing. Funded organizations will create Community and Clinic Collaboratives (CCCs) composed of clinics, health centers, community organizations, and health departments in the Southern U.S., where HIV is more prevalent.
