Prime applicant organizations must be non-domestic (non-U.S.) entities based in eligible Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) and must be academic education or research institutions. U.S.-based institutions are not eligible. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. organizations are not eligible to apply.
