The Town of Windsor seeks qualified consulting engineering firms to provide on-call services as an extension of staff and for third-party reviews. Scope includes land surveying; geotechnical; structural; traffic; roadway and site design; drainage, stormwater, and hydraulics; and development reviews. Firms will support analysis, design, and review needs as requested by the Town.
