- Sponsoring institution must assure and document institutional commitment and support for the proposed program, including adequate staff, facilities, and educational resources. - Institutions with existing NRSA institutional training grants (e.g., T32) or other federally funded training programs may apply, provided the proposed educational experiences are distinct from those federally supported training programs; programs are expected to complement ongoing research training at the institution.…
