The Curriculum and University Partnership (CUP) grant aims to promote curriculum development at Venezuelan universities through partnerships with U.S. institutions. The program, funded by the FY25 Smith Mundt Public Diplomacy Funds, offers up to $200,000 for projects lasting up to 18 months, starting October 1, 2025.
