Description
The Water/Energy Audit program under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) encourages public agencies to evaluate their water and energy use to find and improve inefficiencies. Managed by the State Water Resources Control Board, it's available to cities, towns, districts, state agencies, Native American tribal governments, tribal organizations, and some non-profits. Audits must cover facilities or projects eligible for CWSRF funding.
