Description
Rural Arts Opportunity Grants from the Oklahoma Arts Council provide up to $5,000 for arts programs and development in rural counties. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations, local governments, and public libraries in specified areas. The funding aims to enhance arts programming and infrastructure in under-resourced communities. A 1:1 match is needed, and half can be in-kind. Applications are accepted at any time.
