General eligibility context: All organizations administering an eligible parent award may apply. This NOFO is for requests tied to an existing, active parent award, and the proposed work must be completed within the current competitive segment and remain within the peer-reviewed and approved scope of the original NIH-supported project. For supplement-type requests, the increase in costs must be due to unforeseen circumstances and the research must remain within the original scope of the grant. …
