The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), along with other NIH Institutes and Centers, plans to release a funding opportunity for research projects as part of the HEALthy Brain and Child Development (HBCD) study. This study involves a large group of around 7,200 pregnant women and their children starting from the 2nd trimester of pregnancy and continuing through childhood.
