Description
The H2O PA Act, created in July 2008, offers grants to local governments and their authorities. These funds can be used for building projects related to drinking water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. Grants can cover projects lasting one year or multiple years.
The H2O PA Act was established by the General Assembly in July 2008. The Act provides for single-year or multi-year grants to municipalities or municipal authorities to assist with the construction of drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer projects.
