Description
The Delaware Outdoor Recreation, Parks and Trails Program (ORPT) offers matching grants to support outdoor recreation projects. Managed by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), it began in 1986 and is funded by the state's real estate transfer tax. Since 1988, the program has provided over $34 million in grants.
