Limited competition. Eligible applicants are restricted to: (1) currently active CTSA Program hub prime recipient organizations (UL1 or UM1) and organizations listed as partners on those active hub awards; and (2) award recipients from specific non-CTSA NIH/FDA programs listed in the NOFO (FDA CERSI; NCATS RDCRN; NIAMS CCCR and CORT; NIDCR National Dental PBRN, PRIMED, FaceBase; NIGMS IDeA CTR-D and CTR-N; ODP TCORS, CASEL, CRST; ORWH SCORE).
