NYC Health Dept RFP: Expand nurse care manager–led care for people who use drugs

The NYC Health Department’s Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Use seeks up to eight safety-net primary care providers to implement a nurse care manager–led collaborative care model for people who use drugs.
